Estimado Gino,
http://service.sap.com > SAP Channel Partner Portal > Login > Solutions
SAP Business One > Support > Support Self-Help and Library
Performance > Enter > Unexpected Application Shutdown Issues
Application Shutdown on Initial Logging In
SELECT *
FROM OALT T0
WHERE TYPE = 'S' AND ACTIVE = 'Y'
SELECT *
FROM OALT T0
WHERE TYPE = 'U' AND ACTIVE = 'Y'
"Verify the query in the user alert has correct syntax and query works correctly independent of the alert. If the queries above returns any results please attach results to a message to Support".

I've h ad the same problem.
I had set the bread (from_pane and to_pane) to 1000.
It would seem to be a "reserved" value from SAP and then conflicts with internal libraries and causes the ADDON crash.
