I'm installing IBM-AIX P595 and migration cluster system SAP.

My sistem in production have 1 db server + 1 CI+ 5 AS.

My infrastructure have 1P595 + 2P570.

For improvemente performance where install DB server and where install

CI?

If install (DB server on p595) and (CI on P570) the configuration is

ok?

Whati is the best configuration for perfomance optmization?

in other words: where installing DB oracle? on Hardware with more power ?

"Usually" it's done like:

- you have done a sizing before using the quicksizer tool (http://service.sap.com/quicksizer)

- you have a number of SAPS

- you give that number to your hardware vendor (in your case IBM)

- IBM will make an offer and will talk which setup is best for your case
