How to unlock users in transactions ENGR and VI98 (Intrastat declaration)?

Hi,

At the period end, users want to make the Intrastat declaration via transaction ENGR & VI98/VI99.

It frequently happens that users block each other in trying to make the declaration.

Has anyone experienced the same issue and came up with a solution?

never happened to me but it makes sense since concurrent users making the same operation could lead to inconsistencies in the declaration itself.

Can it be organised that companies of different companies do not block each other when making the Intrastat declaration?

Can the table be split by company code?
