is it possible to change the look and feel of flex, flex2 UIs with a css file, which is located on the server?

i think those css files located in the mime-repository influsence web dynpro abap and bsp appilcations, but not web dynpro java, portal appilcations and last but not least my VC application with flex/flex2... there must be other css files on the abap stack which influence the look and feel... e.g. the css values which can be influenced via portal... but there are just colors which can be modified... i would like to change alignment of text and so on...
