Requestor and Buyer not able to Add approver through Add approver button

Hi ,

My issue here is, the buyer can't add an approver until after the cart has been approved by the requestor. After that, an additional approver and reviewer could be added .Our problem is, we need the buyer to be able to add an approver before it goes back to the requestor for approval.

Could anyone please help me out to fix this issue?

Hi,

Please check the neccssary workflow settings and please note buyer should have proper authorisation before adding the approver

This is done in the Agent Assignment activity via transaction OOCU.

Go to SAP > SRM > SRM-EBP > SRM-EBP-WFL

Once there you need to identify the relevant tasks for adding approver / add reviewer. If they are set to 'General' then anyone can do it, otherwise you should either leave it blank so no-one can action it or add the roles of those who you wish to have access.
