Can we create a Vendor list with a local contract in EBP?

I don't think so! You may only refer a Bckend Contract to a VL.

Vendor list you can maintain either based on the product or product cateogry.

Can you please give me some more info about your questions

I have created VL with below data:

-Local Purch.Org

-Product

-Local CTR

I am getiing a error message"Local contracts are not permitted in the vendor list ".

Already Akash Answered and standard error message also confirming that "Local contracts are not permitted in the vendor list" so it is not possible.
