configure MSN20, MSN21, and MSN32

Where and how do you configure MSN20, MSN21, and MSN32? I know what is MSN20, MSN21, and MSN32. Just i want to know where do and how we configure?

Hi,

In the action table T529A, Here we need to configure for some actions like for leaving, Termination - MSN20, for Reentry into company - MSN21, fir retirement MSN32.

Whenever we are configuring the action types we need to set up these features.

Those are in build feature in SAP

Check T529A and also check PE03 MSN21 like that

MSN20, MSN21, and MSN32 are configured in "Set up personnel actions" under PA, here depending on your action type you will give MSN20,21 and 32. After you give the check here you will have to go to the feature of MSN20, MSN21, and MSN32 thro PE03 and give the error message that you would like to display (e. EQ23, EQ26 etc)

Yes Tinku, its the type of error message you want to display.

For eg: you want an terminated person to get promotion, transfer etc, you will have to give error message in the respective features against the employment status.
