SAP Portal - Http 503 Service Unavailable

Hi All,

Not able to access portals, displays following message " Http 503 service unavailable ... SAP J2EE Engine/6.40 , Application Stopped. Details: You have requested an application that is currently stopped".

How to investigate this issue furhter ? Please advise .

Check application.log and default.X.trc in the j2ee/cluster/serverX/log subdirectory.

please check if the jlaunches are running fine, you can check the process from JCMON and restart if required and also post the details of default.trc
