SC waiting for approval

Hi Gurus,

We are having Shopping Cart issue, SC is awaiting approval even after approved by Professional Purchaser number of times. All the settings are fine and requestor is accepting the changes done by PP.

Any inputs on this.

Hi,

I cheked the WF Log and it shows step executed and result is 'processing'. Problem not yet sovled right now. Pl help on this.

Hi,

Workflow log says "processing". This means SC waiting for approval is correct status.

You need to check who is procesing the workitem in the workflow log.

Hi

Go into Txn- SWI2_DIAG. Enter date range on which this approval was executed and find out any error workitems are present. If you are able to find a workitem corresponding to this shopping cart, then you would be able to see the error in the workflow.

Hi,

Go to BBP_PD transaction and find the SC.

You see Workflow-item ID and status. Go to SWI1 transaction and paste the Workflow-item ID.

Is there is no error information in workflow side, please check RZ20.

Thanks Masa,

I checked in the SWI1 and RZ20, however the work item was in the completed status and in the place of PP (status processing). No idea on how to solve this. Advice pl.

Hi,

What is the SC document status in BBP_PD?

Watt is the Workflow item status in SWI1 ?

Is there any entry in SM58 ?

Do you get any error testing the FM BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER ?

Hi,

Are you using SC completion workflow? If yes, then you need to check your start conditions. After accepting changes by employee the shopping cart should go for either No approval workflow or to One step or whatever workflow you have configured.

If your are not using completion workflow, then possibly the shopping cart is not released because of some error. Open the workflow log, go into technical details, you would be able to see the error.

Check workflow. It might be having an issue. It could be not started or encountered some other issue.
