Hi Gurus,
We are having Shopping Cart issue, SC is awaiting approval even after approved by Professional Purchaser number of times. All the settings are fine and requestor is accepting the changes done by PP.
Any inputs on this.

I cheked the WF Log and it shows step executed and result is 'processing'. Problem not yet sovled right now. Pl help on this.

Hi,
Go to BBP_PD transaction and find the SC.
You see Workflow-item ID and status. Go to SWI1 transaction and paste the Workflow-item ID.
Is there is no error information in workflow side, please check RZ20.

Hi,
Are you using SC completion workflow? If yes, then you need to check your start conditions. After accepting changes by employee the shopping cart should go for either No approval workflow or to One step or whatever workflow you have configured.
If your are not using completion workflow, then possibly the shopping cart is not released because of some error. Open the workflow log, go into technical details, you would be able to see the error.

Check workflow. It might be having an issue. It could be not started or encountered some other issue.
