Person Responsible for WBS

Hello All,

I have a scenario, where I need to have the person responsible field in project/WBS to be pulled from HR minimaster data. My question is there any standrad way of pulling all the data in HR minimaster to tcode OPS6 or do I need to configure all the values manually in OPS6?

I guess there is no workaround, other then maintaning it manually in SPRO. Closing the loop.

Hi:

U need to have WORK Centers and ur HR employees data would be assigned to those work Centers.

After Prsonnel Numbers Assignment to Work Center you can call them in Ur Project/WBS.

Nitin is correct

This has to be done manually

Also suggest that it is not a good practive to use HR numbers for this - as this field can be used for authorisation using ranges of numbers

This field is also use by Invest Management - so suggest leave it clean
