PDFDocumentRuntimeException: Failed to UPDATEDATAINPDF--- ADS

Hi experts,

I got an issue with ADS in EP trying to test my web dynpro

applications.

I did all configuration and test and it is successful.

The Log shows this message

com.sap.tc.webdynpro.clientserver.adobe.pdfdocument.base.core.PDFDocumentRuntimeException: Failed to UPDATEDATAINPDF

Also this one: Caused by: java.io.IOException: Executable does not

exist: /usr/sap/DES/JC00/j2ee/os_libs/adssap/XMLFormService/bin/XMLForm.exe

My System has a SP12 level and the note 886572 explain that theres no

patch level for Adobe, what could probably be the reason?

How i can find the bin/XMLForm.exe content?

My operative system is SUSE SERVER 10

Regards

Hi

Generally this error apper when ADS server is down or communication between R/3 and ADS fails

make sure that ADS agent user having the all authrizations , valid period.

some times ADS agent user might lock, check with basis team people.

Hi,

All tests are successful, I think it could be a problem with /usr/sap/SID/JC00/j2ee/os_libs/adssap directory, because all folders are empty.

Hi,

The problem occurs because our hardware was not compatible with ADS application.

Hi,

In my case as I´ve explain the issue was caused because the hardware was not compatible with ADS, you can watch this info in the Marketplace (PAM).

I´ve configured ADS in another server.
