REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT finnished good but with problems

Dear Friends

I have problem with the Job in background REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT, the job log shows the following message:

Job started

Step 001 started (program AI_SC_REFRESH_READ_ONLY_DATA, variant , user ID LSALAZAR)

No Businss Partners will be generated from SAP Customer numbers

The following error messages have been returned by SAP Support Portal:

User S0001522354 - System Data Maintenance authorization not found for customer 0001522354

No system headers will be generated in SMSY from SAP Support Portal

SAP customer number unknown for installation number 0020100638

SAP customer number unknown for installation number 0020286615

Job finished

Could you please help me?

I've applied all recomendations, but now the job los was other:

I have created the business partner of Luis Salazar (lsalazar) owner of job REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT

How I create the BP of service provider 1522354?

Hi Luis,

you often get help by doubleclicking the message in the job log. In this case the trouble begins here:

Incomplete address; enter country

BP of Service Provider 1522354 not created

The first message "Incomplete address; enter country" explains why the BP could not be created. In this case you need to check customer 1522354 in Support Portal, if his adress is complete. Obviously there is no such SAP customer with number 1522354. So you should delete this wrong entry from maintenance View V_AISAPCUSTNOS.

Hi Luis,

I think the new log entry:

No BP for SAP cust. no. 1522354

Is due to a mistake in transaction AISUSER. This line says that 1522345 is your customer number, but in fact, it's your S-User.

Please check the AISUSER entry. This must be like that:

LSALAZAR              Customer number             1522345

Better run this batch job with DDIC user.

> User S0001522354 - System Data Maintenance authorization not found for customer 0001522354

The S-User ID that you have used has no authorization for system data maintenance at service market place. So please use the S-User ID(without S) who has authorization(Usally this should be Basis Person of Client) in TCode: AISUSER.

> No system headers will be generated in SMSY from SAP Support Portal

> SAP customer number unknown for installation number 0020286615

The SAP Customer number is not maintained in your system.

So please maintain this using SPRO path:

Solution Manager->Configuration->Basic Settings->Wizard Based Initial Configuration of Basic Settings

->Solution Manager->General Configuration->Maintain SAP Customer Numbers

or

Solution Manager->Configuration->Basic Settings->Standard Configuration of Basic Settings

->Solution Manager->Connection to SAP->Maintain SAP Customer Numbers
