Acknowledgement only received when updating SXI_MONITOR

Hi

I have a strange issue. In my BPM i am posting an Idoc to SAP. I wait for transport acknowledgement before I proceed.

If I check SXI_MONITOR and press update (F5) I will get the acknowledgement almost immediately and the process continues. On the other hand, if I don't touch the SXI_MONITOR transaction, the transport acknowledgement is never received. How can this happen? Everything is the same, me pressing the F5 button should not have anything to do with it, or?

I ve got some doubts about that. How do you know that if you do not monitor?

Hi,

This could be due to temporary cache issue. Refresh the cache and then try it again.

I guess you are right that it comes anyway, but what I don't understand is why it takes more time. I will try to refresh the cache and see if that helps and continue to test and see if I can find anything.
