Hello forum members - can you help me

On the menu Help -> settings it is possible to change the system defaults for F4 help from Control to Dialog.

Does anybody know of a way to restrict which users can do this, I've done an Auth Trace on this and nothing comes up.

Any help gratefully appreciated.

please refer to the last paragraph in [SAP Note 172687|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/172687] .

There you will find the necessary information to allow/restrict the system default settings of the F4-help.

Auth object S_ADMI_FCD with value F4MX gives ability to change from Dialog to Control and Control to Dialog

Right on target. I just needed this info and was not able to find the note and found this post. Thanks.
