Material does not exist in storage location

Dear friends,

I created a sale order,But while delivery it is showing this error,

Material 961(material which i created) does not exist in storage location ZGRT ZGRT (storage location).

As per material master i checked MM1C but it is showing plant and storage location!Can any one guide me pls.

Hi

Go to MM01 enter the material 961, industry sector and material type

now copy from material enter the same materil

select organizational levels enter plant, storage location, sales org, dist channel,

now select the views basic data1, all the sales views, MRP1, accounting

now create the material

Hi Jeevan,

Make sure while posting stock you maintain s.loc correctly.

Also plz maintain storage location determination for automatic determination of s.loc.(OVL3)

The problem is from MM side,They dint maintain Storage location whil material master creation.

After he rectified the SO is posting.

Hi,

You can also define the auto create SLOC in IMG per Plant Parameters.

Try SPRO - Materials Management - Inventory Management and Physical Inventory - Plant Parameters

Tick the X at the column of the "Create SLOC/ Automatic."

Hi,

while posting initial stocks in MB1C we will maitain movement type(561),plant and storage location.

Please do check whether your storage location enrered correctly or not.

Check the material in MMBE.

If s.loc doesnt have stock post the stock in MB1C.
