Multiple e-mails in business partner

Hi.

I'm working in a VAR SAP at Solution Manager SP17. I'm testing service desk.

When a support message is sent to the service desk and I change the status to "In Process", an e-mail is sent to the Sold-To party to notify him that his support message is treated by our support team.

In transaction BP I have one e-mail address and this process works fine, BUT if I put two e-mail addresses, I don't receive either of them. I've configured like that:

Please, could you help me?

Thanks and regards,

Tomas.

Get common mail id done from your admin or IT people. one BP can have only one mail id at given point of time.

Tomas,

You can use a group mailbox and maintain this in the BP

so all the users who are added to this mail group will receive the mail.

Later they enter their name in the current processor and change the status of the ticket so every1 else knw that someone is working upon it.

Outlook distribution lists for email: I can't believe we still have to use this hack to get emails to multiple people though.

Hi Prakhar,

Thanks for your reply, but I'm new with solution manager and i don't know exactly how to create a group mailbox.

Please, could you show me the steps I have to do to create a group mailbox and use it with my business partners?

Thanks and Regards,

Tomas.
