Actually i want to know the scenario. of Appended ......Apportioned

How it works?

I have read in SAP HELP(even though im not confident).

Hi

When the order/network is appended and apportioned the cost on the network will get added to total planned cost of the WBS (concerned to that network) also it will reflect in the "assigened" values and will be checked against the budget.

If the order is apportioned only then order plan is not added to the total planned cost of the WBS. In this case you won't be able to see the planned cost in the network.

OPSV is the IMG setting for the same. Remaning all is clarified by Hemant.
