Regain space after a reorg

Hi All, me again!

I'm trying to figure out how much external fragmentation I have in my production database so that I can then reorg the tablespaces and reclaim the space on the hard drive (which we are running out of and can't add any more space to).

My question is this:

(1) How do I know external fragmentation is going on (SQL statement, t-code??)

(2) How do I find out the amount of space I will get back by doing a reorg?
