Hello - I am a new user to SAP. I am currently bering trained to support my company's PI activities. We will be using ECC 6 and PI version 7.1. I would like to know what courses are recommended. So far, I have taken SAPTEC, CA-210. I will be taking BIT300, BIT400 and BIT430. I've been advised that I will be handling idoc creations, performing ALE with our Japan SAP system.
Any recommendations are welcomed. Also, any reference material would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi Saunders,
All the courses you are attending BIT*, should be enough for you to get all the basic knowledge about using XI(design, configure, monitor).
However since you shall be working on Idoc/Ale scenarios. Try performing demo/sample scenarios listed in SDN(there are loads of Idoc scenarios). Check this book http://www.amazon.com/IDoc-Technologies-Prima-Techs-Book/dp/07615343181 , which is worth buying.
Hope this helps you!
