some q's on BP?

hi Friends

1. We replicate vendors from backend system using Tcode BBPGETVD, where they will be available in pgrp or vendor groups.

2. What is the difference between BBPMAININT and BBPMAINEXT. Where they are used.

3. For external partner like bidder we maintain BP in BBPMAININT , do we need to assign in pgrp or vendorgrps.

Q.No.1

1. We replicate vendors from backend system using Tcode BBPGETVD, where they will be available in pgrp or vendor groups.

You check vendors in vendor root organisation in T.Code : PPOMV_BBP

Q.No.2

2. What is the difference between BBPMAININT and BBPMAINEXT. Where they are used.

BBPMAININT is used in manage business partners where the business parntners,employee for the business partners can be created and edited.It is used for central master data admin role.

BBPMAINEXT is used in Process user data by the vendor where the vendor can edit the BP data and creation of employees for the BP.

3. For external partner like bidder we maintain BP in BBPMAININT , do we need to assign in pgrp or vendorgrps.

Whenever BP created through BBPMAININT , we should give the vendor group to which it should attach.

so It will be assigned to vendor group while creating.
