Question on invoice cancellation

Dear Gurus,

Could you please tell me the possible reasons as why an item is not copied from an invoice into invoice cancelllation?

Dear Kumar

If you are confident that copy control settings are in line with standard, then you need to check the item categories in VOV7

Dear Lakshmipathy,

The Item category of all the items is the same " TAS".

Any other place do I need to check?

Hi kumar

If the item category is TAS then go to VOV7 and check the billing relevance , it should be F.

Check the schedule line data also , what schedule line is coming ? Schedule line should be CS

Hi,

Did you check the copy control settings in header from f2 to s1 there is Copy item number check mark

The setting Copy Item number is set to True but still only one item is not being copied.

I compare the item not being copied with other items and they are identical in the settings?

Worried..!!
