Event Trigger using Business Object BUS2037

Hi All,

I have a particular problem with the triggering of an event when a customer Billing document is created or changed.

I am using Business Object BUS2037, Change document FAKTBELEG. And I have done all the configuration using SWEC, SWE2, SWED. Now the event triggers perfectly whenever I create or change a billing document which also posts an Accounting document.

However, if for some reason the Accouting document is not created then the event does not trigger automatically. And the event does not trigger unless and until the accouting document is created.

But I need the event to trigger irrespective of the creation of the Accouting document. As long as the Billing document is created the event should trigger.

Please can you help me with this.

Hi Kaushal,

I have same scenario for workflow. When Billing Document is created then Event Get Triggered.

So,Pls Tell Me step by step how u done workflow using BO BUS2037.

Hi Kaushal,

Looks like you have set up all necessary things in order to accomplish the job.

Can you just try to check for the indicator of any of your tasks.

Go to PFTC Transaction code and check for any of your tasks ( TS**** or WS****) what indicator is present against it.

Check or set the indicator to Green (Trigger Active) against it.

This should solve your problem;
