For your series group remove immediate utilization indicator in the CIN customization setting and try to update the RG1 register (I am providing this assuming you are doing this in your testing environment.But this sollution is not the standard sollution. Its like a work around sollution)
About the issue please check your setting under Utilization determination under cin customization.
