Unable to see alert configuration in RWB

Hello,

on our new PI 7.1 system I cannot log on to the alert config in RWB. The url is http://j2ee-server:j2ee-port/sap/bc/bsp/sap/sxms_alertrules/main.do. I think I have put almost every role in my user profile but still it seems that I am not authorized. Does anyone know which role(s) are necessary?

hi,

Your user should have SAP_XI_ADMINISTRATOR.

SAP Note 750287 will give you an idea

I have all the necessary roles in my user profile as I expected. But the OSS note solved my problem.

Dear ujjwal,

Good Afternoon....!!

I have executed the report "RSXMB_ACTIVATE_ICF_SERVICES" in ECC system in tcode se38.

Later in PI system I have executed the tcode rz10 -->intance profile---->extended maintenance.

Selected icm/server_port_0 and changed the parameter value toPROT=HTTP,PORT=80$$,TIMEOUT=30,PROCTIMEOUT=602.

But still in PI JAVA STACK in rwb I'm finidn the same error 'HTTP 404 RESOURCE NOT FOUND' for alerts.
