create model in SAP

Hi

I am discovering the SOA world in sap. I've already created a web service from function and consume it with an abap report. What I wold like to do now is to start (as SAP suggest) from a model of a web service. I know that with NWDS, is possible to do this, but nwds is binded to java. The question is: is there a way to create model without NWDS? is there a transaction for developer in sap that allow me to create a model, generate wsdl from the model (and not from the function) ?

I was wrong: model is not created through NWDS but via Enterprise Service Builder: a web front end where i spossible to create and desing model of services. the help about this tool is instead inside NWDS help.
