Mass Printing with VL71

Guys,

I need to do mass printing in VL71. But when I select delievries and run it gives outpur selection screen for every delivery. Now that we have hundreds of deliveries each day, we don't need that screen. I would really appreciate any suggestions or hints.

Hi Abdul,

I had faced a similar scenario... It can be done through ABAP programs.. get in touch with your technical person and ask him to call the function in their program each and everytime it is acessed..

Hi,

You can use the transaction (V V 21, V V 22), in this transaction you will setup de message delivery relations with Sales Organization, Ship Point and specify the printer that you can output the delivery.

When applied the transaction VL71 only mark the deliveries and run the process.

Hi hariharan,

I have already set the printing options in VV21 , But again when i am printing through VL71 and marked

more than 2 delivery and when i process the data , it is again printing only one delivery.
