There are couple of things you need to check also.
What's the OS version you are using?
What's the size of pagefile is? and check the /3GB option for addressing.
what's the value of PHYSMEM_SIZE parameter is?
what's the em/initial_size_mb is?

Hi,
To me this seems to be problem with ports or DNS. please check the ports are free or they are being used by other applications. You need to check the message server port. This will be in the DEFAULT profile of the instace. Also check /etc/services file.
