T.Code for PIRs and Planned Orders

Is there any Transaction Code to Convert PIRs into Planned orders and Vice versa.

Yes, you are right.

But in APO system, there is facility to convert the orders internally, like say SNP Planned orders to Planned orders using the below transaction.

1) /SAPAPO/RRP_SNP2PPDS - Conversion of Supply Network Planning -> Production Planning

2) /SAPAPO/SNP2PPDS - Conversion of Supply Network Planning -> Production Planning in Background

Hi bala,

Conversion of PIRs to Planned orders is an execution action in which R/3 is sole responsible.

In APO, based on the PIRs, when we run heuristic/optimiser/ctm, PIRs will get automatically converted to SNP planned orders. Then when we carry out Production planning run, SNP planned orders will automiatically converted to planned orders.

It means that there is no Single T.code to Covert PIRs into Planned orders/Plnd Orders to PIRs.
