output issue

Hi All,

while assigning one of the output type which has 2 medium FAX in delivery system prompts me an error "outputxxx for medium 2, partned function WE is not defined"

Hi

Go to V/34 and select your output type and click on partner functions tab and there check wheather the Partner function WE has been maintained for transmission Medium 2 (FAX). If not maintained then go to new entries and maintain the partner function WE , transmission medium 2 (FAX) and then save it and then check .

I suppose you wont face any problem if you maintain . You can create condition record and save it

Dear Roopa,

Go to V/34 transaction , select your delivery output type then click on Partner functions now system will take you to the Partner functions view screen here you check which partner function has been assigned as per standard it should be SH not WE.

WE is the partner determination procedure for ship to party.

SH is the ship to party partner function.

yes i have checked i.e SH...then what might be the reason

Dear Roopa,

While assigning output type in the delivery you keep Partner function as SH-Ship to party in the output maintanence screen.
