Update Control of Movement type is incorrect (Entry 631 X X_L_E)

Hi All,

I am getting the above error while doing the Consignment Fillup..ie i have created the Sales order(with CF document type) and when iam doing the PGI and Iam getting the above error.

Please advice me how to proceed step by step.

As already raised by forum members you have indicated in your first post that fillup order type is CF which is wrong.

Ensure that for consignment fillup stage, you have maintained as follows:-

Sales document type is KB

Item category KBN

shedule line category E1

In schedule line category, you will set movement type 631 & checked the boxes for availability check and TOR.

Also please let me know in which TCode, you are getting this error.

I have maintained all the said settings and created the Order with that and Iam getting the Error while Iam doing PGI.

Go to OMJJ, select Movement Type, key in 631 and execute. There double click on "Update Control / Movement types" and ensure that you have maintained as follows:-

Use order type "CF", the Item category should be "KBN" and the Schedule line category should be "E0/ E1".

In the Schedule line category E0 oe E1, the Movement type should be "631" and the "Delivery relevance" field must have been activated.

Go to OMJJ, select Movement Type 631 and execute. There double click on Allowed Transactions and see whether you could see TCode VL01N there. If not, you have to maintain and retry.

But since this movement type being a standard, it should have been there.

I checked in allowed transactions for movement type 631 in T.code:OMJJ and all the relevant transactions are maintained and inspite of that Iam getting the above said Error.

As you are doing the consignment fill-up the document type will be KB but you are doing with CF as you said

and that is the reason system has given error.So check the schedule line what you got as you have created consignment fillup with CF document type and also check the item category
