transport request problem

hi,

During transporting a request no i am getting following message.

Test call of transport control program (tp) ended with return code 0208.

can any one help me..........

Hi,

Once again Check the TMS Configuratiion.

Do the in the domain Controller System ....

STMS -->Overview --Systems

Then select each of the System in TMS and test like SAP System>Check>Transport tool

-->Connection Test

-->Transport Directory

Everything should be ok.

If all are Ok then Check the transport Routes.

STMS -->Overview --Import

Then select Import Queue -->Check -->Consistency.(Should be ok)

I guess you are getting the erro whenu release the request.Is the task got released.

Also send us the log for the desired request from se01.

hI,

RC 208 means associated datafile & cofiles doesn't exists or not created when you released the request.

Try to export the transport request again .

Hi,

It is better to use a central Transport directory. Make sure the Instance Parameter DIR_TRANS on all three systems is pointing to the same location.
