hi sap gurus

i want to take print of excise invoice it is showing no output type in red colour under status no out put type i have maintained redcord in vv31 with billing documet in key combination.

kindly help me

T. Code: J1IP

Select Output Type (say, J1I0 - Excise Invoice IN), within Field: Output type

If Still Problem persists, check with:

T. Code: VV31/ 32

check whether relevant Key-Combination (i.e. Sales Org/ Customer Name) for Output-Type (say, J1I0) has been maintained.

For example:

Customer Name-Partner Function (say, BP)Medium (1 - Print Output)-Dispatch time (say 4 - Send Immediately)---Language (say, EN)

Also, select your Record in VV32 and Click Tab: Communication.

Here, under Tab: Print Output; maintain Output device and check box: Print Immediately.

Finally, check with settings (if, still problem persists)

Application: V3 and click Tab: Output Types

Select Ouput Type (say, J1I0) and Double Click.

Check

1. Access Sequence (under Tab: General Data).

2. Dispatch Time, Transmission Medium and Partner Function (Tab: Default values)

3. Print parameter (Tab: Print)

Also, Check with

1. Processing Routines (from Dialog Structure) - check with Program, FORM and FORM Routine.

2. Partner Function Assignment (from Dialog Structure)

I think, above-said 3-areas needs to be maintained properly. If so, Output will be processed.
