Search for puch orgs which are assigned to a vendor

Hi,

We have extended vendor for some more purchasing organizations. We have updated these changes to EB via BBPUPDVD.

Please let me know how we can check in EB what are all the purchase organizations assigned to a vendoe.

I tried through transaction BP but it is not showing this info. Also tried to check thru bbp_pposa by giving vendor as search term and then selecting the perticular vendor and looking for details.

Kindly advice.

Hello Manoj,

you can quickly check if corresponding vendor views have been added in SE16 --> table BBPM_BUT_FRG0060 --> put your SRM purch org object ID (O 5000000012) in field PURCHASE_ORG and check if entries are existing.

Unfortunalty, you will only get a list of vendor GUIDs...

To check all the purch org assigned to a vendor, you can go to BP --> find & select your supplier --> choose vendor role --> clic on "Purchasing Data" (button after General data and Sales area data).

This is the same result as using BBPMAININT, and looking at vendor tab.
