Material cost to be debited on non-conformance

We want to map one scenario where the cost of Material to be debited to Vendor account if he doesnu2019t

supply Material as per the Standard Quality Norms and Parameters. Please suggest how to proceed .

i think in migo by using 122 mvt type we can do this
