Remove deletion flag on material component in a project

I tried to remove a deletion flag of a material component asigned to a network, but it seem imposible from the project builder.

The modification profile permited to delete a material even if existed movements, the user needs to remove the deletion flag.

Now the modification profile sends an error if they try to delete it.

I was not able to remove it, only able to prevent a deletion of other materials.
