SOLMAN SMD Wily Introscope: no dashboards are available

Hi!

I would like to use the SAP SMD functions and Wily Introscope 8.0

I am on SAP SOLMAN 7.0 EhP1.

The problem I have: when I start Wily Introscope no dashboards are available.

Can some one help me to solve this problem?

Hi : Installing the management modules (SAPISMM80_03-10007429.SAR) solved the problem for us. You need to stop and start Wily after you intall the modules for it to take effect.

Has anyone been able to fix this yet? I am having the same problem with a fresh install of Wily Introscope 8 on Solution Manager EHP1 sp 19.

I installed the management modules (SAPISMM80_03-10007429.SAR) like Dan said but there still aren't any dashboards.

Did you resolve this problem? I just upgraded to Wily 8.0 and have no dashboards available either. Any help you have to offer would be great appreciated.

hostname - Host on which enterprise manager is running(SOLMAN).

Are you getting any error message?

When I start the URL http://<hostname>:<port>/webview --> Investigator

I can see the following information:

Super Domain

custom metric host (Virtual)

<SOLMAN server>

SAP Host Agent Process

SAP NetWeaver

Domains

(is empty)

Do I miss some settings?

No, Everything seems fine (atleast the Domains).Are you able to see the Metric groups and metrics?

Hi!

By some of applications I can see the metric on right side.

Do I miss probably some configuration/deployment files on OS-layer

e.g. under C:\usr\sap\ccms\wilyintroscope\config\modules?

I earlier had Wily Introscope 7.2. I have uninstall this and installed the version 8.0 from scratch.

Please follow procedure from page 18 in [this guide|https://websmp210.sap-ag.de/~sapdownload/011000358700001995842008E].

This should enable the metric groups if they are not done yet.

You might have already checked the SAP Note 797147 and installation guide for Wily I 8.0 at

http://service.sap.com/instguides -> Installation & Upgrade Guides -> SAP Components -> SAP Solution Manager -> Release 7.0 -> Wily Introscope 8.0 - Installation Guide

From the installation guide could you confirm section ..."Check That Introscope Is Running Properly"

Also confirm you have set Java VM Parameters...

I think you need to check the Installation guide thoroughly.
