Is this a second-try installation? Did you run the uninstaller before? Variables point to non-exisiting directories (database).

Yes it was my second try, and as you told this would be the reason of error.

Please guide me in setting up proper variables or .... i have to deinstall first?

Actually i installed Oracle as per SAP instructions, and also installation of central instance was also successful, but i came across this error during installation of database instance.

set ORACLE_HOME and ORACLE_SID as environment variables.

make sure that Oracle is installed then try again.

Have you installed Oracle? have you run setup.exe or sapserver.cmd?

if you used setup.exe, you have not installed Oracle properly as per SAP`s instructions.
