Hanging Deliveries in APO Product view

Friends,

Some deliveries were deleted in R/3. This has led to some deliveries left hanging in APO.

Ran CCR. Tried RLC delete. but it says that the live cache contains no orders. Could recommend a solution.

Please try the report /SAPAPO/OM_DELETE_INCON_ORDERS. Here you need to enter the GUID of the delivery

Sai...I am not able to run the tx code /SAPAPO/OM_DELETE_INCON_ORDERS. am i missing something..

Visu..on the report /SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL, nothing was returned. it did not delete anything.

any clues guys?

/SAPAPO/OM_DELETE_INCON_ORDERS is not a Tcode, thats a report..try in SE38

Run this report /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21 it will correct the delivery and sales order in APO.

As suggested by Mangesh you can run report /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21, but you should also read reasons for the same.

Go through SAP note 25444. This will explain you in detail reasons for hanging deliveries in R3 and ways to eliminate it.
