Upgrade to Java 1.6 and its effects on EP...

Hi,

We would like to upgrade our Java version to version 1.6 on the client laptops.

We are currently running Enterprise Portal 6.0

Will Java 1.6 on the client laptops affect the existing ESS/MSS/LSO/SRM applications?

Could someone please help me with this?

The portal does not use any Java on the client side as far as I remember. It works through HTML and javascript. Anyways, there is no problem with having two java versions on a computer.
