Not able to upload MS word documents

Hi All,

In cFolders i am not able to upload MS Word documents. I am trying create a new document by selecting a windows document. It is showing the it uploaded, but when i am trying to see the original it is not there. What could be the problem for this.

But i am able to upload all other documents.

Hi Rajesh,

in order to help, some more details are needed:

- is this happening with all MS Word documents or only with a specific one?

- does the file name maybe contain special characters that might prevent the upload?

- I assume you see a file with 0 KB in cFolders, right?

- which Office version do you have?

- do you use the document plug-in for uploading files? You can check this in the user settings in cFolders. In case you use the plug-in, please make sure that you have the latest version installed, the applet is continuously improved and updated to exclude known errors. You will find the latest version attached in SAP note 1034072.

There is also a SAP FAQ note for the applet, the number is 1095910, maybe this contains some helpful information.

I am able to export other than word documents directly.
