Need help integrating web as and j2ee

I have recently installed r/3 4.7 sr1 and then deploye dthe central instalce java core. This brings me to J2EE PL 9 . The problem I am having is that the j2ee hangs when starting the rfcengine service. In ther server console logs I get the following error

RFCEngine: Server startup error, stopping "SAPProfile:\usr\sap\SBX\SYS\profile\SBX_DVEBMGS01_dwscms1" :

com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: (129) JCO_ERROR_SERVER_STARTUP: Server startup failed at Fri Jul 30 15:25:19 MDT 2004.

This is caused by either

a) erroneous server settings,

b) the backend system has been shutdown,

c) network problems.

Will try next startup in 1 seconds.

LCOM> lcomInit2 failed for /usr/sap/SBX/SYS/profile/SBX_DVEBMGS01_dwscms1 with rc 15

Anyone have any ideas?

The patch level of J2EE meanwhile went over 21. Please check if this cannot solve your problem.

Did you find the solution of this error ... if yes then kindly mail me or post that solution here b'coz I am also stucked on the same problem.
