Scenario is Outbound Interface(SAP -> SAP XI -> File).
During testing, Idoc was posted from SAP to XI. It was showing status as green in SAP which is successful.
But in actual IDoc message was not reached to XI.
How can I trouble shoot this issue?
Hi,
Please check you Sm59 connection in ur R3 system which is going to your XI System.
Do a connection as well as authorization test.there might be sometimes issues related with RFC username and password due to which idocs are not sent to your XI system.
As the experts have already said check ur partner profiles, ale connection etc..
Reimport you metadata and try testing your scenario.
check in IDX5 also.
let us know your inputs so that the experts can further help you.
Cheers

Hi,
1) Check Tcode - Sm58
2)Check the Port in XI - Tcode - IDX1
3) Check the META data - tcode- IDX2

Hi,
this guide should be helpful:

That's very helpful if the message was stuck in XI. In this case it can also be stuck in R/3. You obviously already checked TS WE02 (or similar) to verify the IDoc status. Is the IDoc sent to the port (WE21) you expected?
Now take a look at TS SM58 and see whether you can find your message there. If it is not there, I should have reached XI.
