Business requiremenst for IS-U

I am building an SAP ISU (electricity) environment for my test team for training purposes. As there is no customization, we are having problems generating test cases because there are no business requirements related to this project. We just want the basic functionality as it comes u201Cout of the boxu201D (some people do not like this terminology, saying that sap always needs customization). Assuming that we setup the test environment, do some configurations of things like, rating, partners, etc; we would like to create some test cases so we can execute in the environment.

I am therefore looking for some suitable sources of information that I can use as business requirement to create the test cases. So far the documents I have seen do not really explain the business; rather they explanation what something is used for.
