Connectiong EWM to PLC(SPS) via RFC

Hello to All,

we want to connect SAP EWM-MFS to a Siemens S7.

Did anybody ever programm that ? Would need the function modules to call via RFC !

Hi Peter,

I have not done this in eWm but looking on the system and reading the documentation in the SAP help portal (Setting Up the Material Flow System).

It should be possable to integrate your PLC by setting up an RFC destination (TCP/IP) and completing the configeration detailed in the documentation to generate the telegraph messages.

You will find the configeration in the IMG under eWM-> Material Flow System (MFS).
