Hi Experts,

I am using a Job(10AM to 12PM) to execute and send the sales order changes(ZORDERS IDOCS) to legacy system. In the middle the XI server was unavailable. So some IDocs were went to Status 51(Code page not available). But the error was with XI server unavailability.

Now we have some IDocs in success and some are in error, means some changes were reflected in legacy but some are not. If I now reprocess error idocs there will be a problem. The changes might be inconsistent.

So I would like to reprocess all the IDocs which were executed at that time. Is there any process to reprocess those IDocs at a time???

Hi,

Use transaction code BD87 to reprocess the failed IDocs as suggested by Michal.

Note: If you re-process failed IDocs with transaction code WE19 then a new IDoc will be generated.

Hi Ramesh,

you can select all related IDoc numbers at WE02 and process them at WE19 (painful boring in case of many IDox). Use F7 for reprocess.

hi,

you can use transaction bd87 to reprocess IDocs with red status

or check transaction SM58 and reprocess them from the from there

(you have an option to reprocess all at once from the menu)
