Rtcctool issue

Hello,

In my company due to security issues - no connection to sap is allowed - as a result every few weaks i download the latest support tools from sap and import them to all my systems including to the solution manager.

The solution manager itself is configured to run early watch alert for all the satelite systems - the report is made on the solution manager itself - and not sent to sap.

how can i run the rtcctool report on every satelite system and on the solution manager without the connection to sap

Hai,

RTCCTOOL is the only way to sync your system with the recommendations from SAP.

You can check the Earlywatch alert to know the recommendations if any.

You should have a connection to SAP through a SAP router, if not then how do you contact SAP when something happens to your systems.

Please try to open connection to SAP through a router and then run RTCCTOOL.
