Shopping Carts into Sourcing Cockpit

Hi experts

aftern an Upgrade from 3.0 to EBP-SRM 5.0 some Shopping Carts already transformed into Purchase Orders into Back-End (ECC 6.0) have been seen again into Purchaser' sourcing cockpit and they are again "Sourcing Relevant".

How is possible this issue?

We also faced similar problem. But the below notes helped us a lot:

Note 1106550 - SOCO completed requirement is sent back to SOCO

Note 1033208 - Complete sourcing indicator is getting lost

Note 1032713 - BBP_GET_STATUS_2 incorrect sourcing indicator

Note 1134786 - Requirement sent back to SOCO when a PO is deleted

thanks for your cooperation, but all the notes refer to Support Package for SRM 5.5 SAPKIBKT12 already installed on our system, but the issue has not been solved

Hi,

The notes will prevent the occurance of this issue going forward, for fixing the old entries please use the report BBP_CHECK_SOURCING_FLAG.

Besides, please make sure whether the note 1066794 is applicable to you (including manual corrections).

the line was already created and the Support Package SAPKIBKT11 has been installed yet.

It is not very simple to reproduce the error, just the 3% of Shopping Carts go-back into Sourcing Cockpit after the creation of Purchase Order.

I would like to high-light one more thing here; If you increase the quantity in PO, then the SC will be moved to sourcing Cockpit as the additional quantities added are not assigned a source. This is not an issue first place and this is a standard process.
