Hi all,

i have a material with a control plan with several inspection operations and freely defined inspection points.

i now see 3 different valuations :

each characteristic pops up an accept or reject window,

each inspection point pops up accept or reject while being saved

inspection lot asks for a usage decision code.

what i want to do is :

the operator should not see any valuation for the characteristic. it should get accept or reject depending on the limits without popping up any window

the operator should valuate each inspection point with accept or reject or a third option. And should be able to add a short text to this valuation

the supervisor will give usage decisions for each inspection lot.

How can i achieve this and can you tell me the general concept.

Hi ,

For automatic valuation you can use the configuration setting at plant level & can define the result recording configuration.

SPRO -> Quality management-> maintain settings at plant level --->result recording

Configuration key that can control the process flow in results recording.

Use

You can use recording configuration to automate the process flow in results recording. Other requirements need to be considered, depending on which indicators are set for the configuration key.

The configuration key is defined in Customizing and stored in the QM plant settings. The indicator for the configuration key can also be stored as a user parameter. The user parameter takes precedence over the plant settings.

Example

In the example, the following indicators are set for the configuration key:

Skip characteristic overview

Automatic close on entering

Auto. goto object

Auto. goto operation

If the requirements have been met for each indicator, the following process flow takes place in results recording:

When the results recording function is called up, the characteristic overview screen is skipped. You record results on the characteristic main screen.

After confirming the results for a characteristic, you choose enter. The characteristic is automatically closed.

The system automatically calls up the next characteristic.

After confirming the last characteristic, the system automatically navigates to the next operation .
