Hello,
While trying to set-up PC2.5, I'm getting an error message when running an automatic control using the scheduler. When no exception is found there is no error message however when an exception is found i've got the following error message "SINGLE_EXIT_MULTIPLY_ACTIVE". Then I can't find any evidence of this issue in any report...
Any idea how I could get more details about this error or how I could solve it ?
Please see the screenshot below for more information:

Hello Ramesh,
Thanks for your reply, I checked this table and guess what it is empty in my system.
I did look at the customizing part of "Cases" and:
- Everything is green on the "Check Customizing for Case Management"
- "Specify number range of Cases" is number 01 from 00..01 to 59..99 and current number is 570.
Any idea that might help ?
Thanks for any reply.
Jérôme.
Hi Jerome
Can you please check whether you are getting this error from you ERP system. You can execute Tx Sm37 and enter the job name to see the job log. Then see whether you have this error message in your ERP system job log.
If you are getting this error from ERP system,
Check whether you have any BADI activated in your ERP system. If so please de activate the BADI and
test the control again.
Thanks
Debraj Roy
Hello Debraj,
Thanks for your reply, I've executed the program directly in back-end using SM37 and i'm getting the same error message:
02.03.2009 10:49:15 Before sending results to GRC GRPCRTA_ECM 000 S
02.03.2009 10:49:18 Exception condition "SINGLE_EXIT_MULTIPLY_ACTIVE" S1 333 I
02.03.2009 10:49:18 Job finished 00 517 S
Can you please tell me how to check wheter any BADI is activated ? (and how to deactivate them...)
Thanks.
Jérôme.
Go To SE18 Type BADI name and tick the multiple active check box on that BADI
