Please urgently help...... I could not call main page of SAP PI 7.1. The error's shown below:

Hi,

This indicated that your J2EE engine is down you can verify the same by using the transaction SMICM and navigate to path AS Java -> Instance -> Display Status. Ask your basis guy to start the J2EE engine.

Hi Phamom,

Are you able to login to the ABAP stack ? what do you see in SAPMMC regarding the java instance. Is it showing green or yellow.

Restart the java engine from the SMICM or shutdown all the instances and restart the system.

Hi,

503 Service unavailable Application stopped

Solution

The problem is that not all Java services can be started by the AS Java. Start the

SAP NetWeaver Administrator http://server:port/nwa and select Systems 􀃆 Start &

Stop 􀃆 Java EE Applications. Press the button u2018Retrieve Statusu2019 to get the

information about the status of the applications. Check if they are running, otherwise

choose Start in the lower part of the window.

Usually the Java Engine starts all services automatically.

Hi,

Are you getting same error while opening the NWA.., if restart the J2EE engine.

J2EE application com.sap.aii.af.ms.app not active

o Try to (re)start the application using the SAP NetWeaver

Administrator. Choose Systems 􀃆 Start & Stop 􀃆 Java EE

Applications or restart the Java engine
